NLP - Neuro Linguistic ProgrammingNLP has its roots in the United States in the 1970s. The two pioneers were Richard Bandler and John Grinder who undertook research into the patterns of therapy used by some outstanding therapists at the time. They believed that by modelling these patterns there was theoretically no reason why anyone could not learn to be a good therapist. Since the seventies NLP has continued to grow in popularity, and has now spread to be used in education, business, and sport. It provides a whole range of fast and effective techniques to help with psychological, emotional and physical problems. Either on its own, or combined with hypnosis. NLP is an extremely powerful tool for self development and positive change.
But all that really needs to be understood is that NLP can provide people with the means to greatly improve aspects of their lives.
Hugh Clover qualified as a Master NLP practitioner with the Society of Neuro Linguistic Programming in March 2000, where he trained under the guidance of co-founder Richard Bandler, and well known English hypnotherapist Paul McKenna. Hugh's personal belief is that the combined use of hypnotherapy and NLP techniques is an extremely effective means for positive change and development. |
